Meditation Mastery
The mage's sustain mastery: it keeps your mana high, occasionally casts for free, and rewards you for staying topped up. See Skill Masteries for the system itself.

Magical Wrath is the reason this mastery pairs so well with the other two perks — they all push in the same direction. Dropping below half mana costs you the entire bonus, so the practical play is to meditate back up between pulls rather than casting to empty.
Ultimate — Mana Surge
Fires on magic damage at 1% per proc level (8% at level 8). Adds bonus damage equal to your current mana. Also fully heals you.
Note the interaction with Magical Wrath: both reward a full mana pool, so a high-Intelligence mage who fights near full mana gets the most out of this mastery.
